In particular, the session will explore the Russian perspective to the de-carbonization of energy supply and the role of the EU in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>Anatole Boute is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Aberdeen and Legal Advisor to the IFC Russia Renewable Energy Program (The World Bank Group).
