Based in Brussels, she reports mainly on European Union issues. Before moving to Brussels in 2013, Anca covered Canadian external relations in Ottawa for Embassy News. She holds a Bachelor in Journalism and an MA in <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/eurus\/\">European, Russian and Eurasian Studies<\/a> from Carleton University.<\/p>\n<p><em>This video is part of the EU Policy Series produced by the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence housed with the Centre for European Studies at Carleton University.
