The Centre for European Studies is pleased to welcome Austrian diplomat Dr. Valentin Inzko, the current\u00a0 High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dr. Inzko was appointed High Representative in 2009, and before taking on this current position, he served in various high-ranking positions in the Austrian foreign service. The Office of the High Representative (OHR) was designated to oversee implementation of the civilian aspects of the peace agreement on behalf of the international community. Dr. Inzko will reflect on the progress made in the implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement since it was signed in 1995, and the challenges that lie ahead.<\/p>\n
