This event was entitled <strong>&#8220;French-German Relations since the Elysee Treaty,&#8221;<\/strong> \u00a0and the focus of the conversation was the development of their respective countries&#8217; relationship since the Elysee Treaty was signed in 1963, but also touched on the current state of the European Union in light of the Eurocrisis. <strong>H.E. Werner Wnendt<\/strong> and<strong> H.E. Philippe Zeller<\/strong> were forthcoming in their discussion of relations and spoke frankly about their confidence in the European Union to weather this current trouble.
