Konrad, Ph.D., joined the Richard Ivey School of Business, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uwo.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">University of Western Ontario<\/a><\/strong> in 2003 as a Professor of Organizational Behaviour and is holder of the Corus Entertainment Chair in Women in Management.\u00a0 Professor Konrad&#8217;s current work focusses on women in leadership, organizational diversity initiatives and making workplaces more inclusive.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sprott.carleton.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"sprott\" src=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/ces\/wp-content\/uploads\/sprott.jpg\" width=\"152\" height=\"70\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/ces\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"CES logo\" src=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/ces\/wp-content\/uploads\/CES-logo4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"143\" height=\"112\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On April 16th, Professor Alison Konrad explored the status of women in business leadership\u00a0by\u00a0comparing the\u00a0percentage of women on corporate boards in\u00a0Europe and North America.
