HSE is consistently ranked as one of Russia&#8217;s top universities, and is leading educator in the social sciences and economics studies in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. HSE offers a wide variety of degree programs ranging from post-secondary to doctoral studies.\u00a0The university\u00a0also offers a variety of summer courses on topics including politics and international relations, history, culture, Russian studies and Russian as a second language, which are highly attractive to international and domestic students; more information is available\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hse.ru\/international\/summer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>. UCA &#8220;is comprised of the\u00a0<a title=\"Find out more on the School of Professional and Continuing Education\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ucentralasia.org\/Schools\/Spce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">School of Professional and Continuing Education<\/a>\u00a0(the first operational division of the University); and the School of Arts and Sciences (undergraduate), and the Graduate School of Development that will be launched when the three campuses are built in Khorog (Tajikistan), Naryn (Kyrgyz Republic) , and Tekeli (Kazakhstan). The University provides three additional initiatives to build teaching and scholarly capacity in the region through its\u00a0<a title=\"Find out more on the Central Asian Faculty Development Programme\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ucentralasia.org\/cafdp.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Central Asian Faculty Development Programme<\/a>, the\u00a0<a title=\"Find out more on the Aga Khan Humanities Project\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ucentralasia.org\/humanities_project.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aga Khan Humanities Project<\/a>, and\u00a0<a title=\"Find out more on the Research Programme\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ucentralasia.org\/Research\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Research Programme<\/a>\u00a0&#8220;. In 2011, UCA also established the Institute of Public Policy Administration (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ucentralasia.org\/ippa.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IPPA<\/a>). Located in the capital city of Doha QFIS , &#8220;was established to achieve intellectual plurality that emphasizes the richness and diversity of the Islamic heritage under the umbrella of Hamad Bin Khalifa University&#8221;. The department offers a variety of masters programs including an\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.qfis.edu.qa\/programmes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">M.A. in Public Policy in Islam<\/a>.
