At the invitation of the Qatar Faculty of Islamic Studies, he worked with 30 senior government officials and managers on conducting evaluations of Qatar-based public programs. He also held organizational meetings with co-editors and authors for a book project on public policy making in Q<span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">atar.
