He helps portfolio companies navigate the financial journey from zero to one, assisting founders with key hires, fundraising and investor reporting. <\/p>\n<p>Before Mistral, Kathiresan served as Director of Finance at Macadamian Technologies and began his career as an Auditor at Deloitte.
