Her work has included projects in the areas of workforce resilience, mental health, wellbeing, and employee burnout and stress. In addition, Woods has been involved in developing insights into the impact of workplace design on employee wellbeing. <\/p>\n<p>With over 30 years of experience, Woods has expertise in change management, leadership, strategy development, diversity and inclusion and culture.
