This phase supports the Task Force\u2019s objective to identify and evaluate situations, developments, perceptions and processes that undermine collegiality, safety and belonging for all members of the Carleton University community and what we can do collectively to address them and build a truly inclusive Carleton.<br><br>Members of the community are invited to share their stories, experiences and ideas. Your voice matters, and your insights will help us strengthen the sense of belonging for everyone at Carleton.<br><br>There are several ways for community members to provide their feedback, before the listening phase closes on Oct. 15, 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete an anonymous <a href=\"https:\/\/carletonu.az1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_eKUoeb5toTYN770\">online consultation form<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send an <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/chrb-taskforce\/contact\/\">email to the Task Force<\/a> or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in a consultation session.
