MOUs will continue to be processed. Faculty members interested in MOUs being prepared, can submit their <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/ci\/wp-content\/uploads\/International_Research_Agreement_Approval.pdf\">MOU Request Form<\/a> to <a href=\"mailto:carlos.vargas@carleton.ca\">Carlos Vargas<\/a>. All approvals and signature will be obtained digitally.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>What new considerations should I take into account once a MOU is completed during COVID-19? <\/strong>All initiatives under active or new MOUs are impacted due to COVID-19. For information on Carleton University\u2019s responses to COVID-19, please go <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.carleton.ca\/coronavirus-covid-19\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Can delegation visits still take place online during COVID-19? <\/strong>Yes. Delegation visits can still be arranged via online video only provided the interested parties would like to proceed at this time. Carleton International can organize and host them (online video). For more information, please contact <a href=\"mailto:carlos.vargas@carleton.ca\">Carlos Vargas<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Is Carleton University accepting incoming Visiting Researchers at this time? <\/strong>No. Carleton University has <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.carleton.ca\/2020\/international-domestic-travel-advisories\/\">suspended<\/a> all incoming and outgoing international mobility due to COVID-19. As of Wednesday, March 18, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) EDT, the Government of Canada has banned the entry of foreign nationals by air travel from all countries. The Public Health Agency of Canada also advises Canadians to avoid all nonessential travel outside of Canada. If you were planning to visit Carleton, please postpone your research visit for the foreseeable future. For more information, please contact <a href=\"mailto:yvonne.clevers@carleton.ca\">Yvonne Clevers<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Will Visiting Researcher requests continue to be processed at this time? <\/strong>No. All incoming visits from international visiting scholars moving forward have been suspended. Any new requests will not be processed at this time. Faculty members may continue sending <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/ci\/wp-content\/uploads\/Request-for-Letter-of-Invitation-for-Visiting-Appointees.pdf\">visiting researchers requests<\/a> to <a href=\"mailto:yvonne.clevers@carleton.ca\">Yvonne Clevers<\/a>. The request will remain on hold until Carleton University has lifted the program suspension. Carleton International will follow up with all international visiting researchers and Carleton Faculty hosts to determine new visit dates and resume processing of applications.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Can visiting researchers, who are already in Canada under supervision of a Carleton Faculty Host, extend their visit <\/strong>Yes. The visiting researcher must discuss the possibility of an extension first with their Carleton Faculty Host and if they agree, the faculty host and visiting researcher should contact <a href=\"mailto:yvonne.clevers@carleton.ca\">Yvonne Clevers<\/a> who will assist with the process.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>What mobility funding programs have been impacted by COVID-19? <\/strong>The following mobility programs are still accepting applications.
