CAS-TWAS president\u2019s PhD fellowship programme TWAS Fellowships enable students from all over the world to travel to China for PhD study for up to four years. Fellowships cover the costs of travel from the home country to China, visa related expenses, and a monthly stipend from CNY 7,000 to CNY 8,000 to cover accommodation and living expenses. Awardees are also provided tuition and admission fee waivers.<\/p>\n

President’s international fellowship initiative for distinguished scientists Chinese Academy of Sciences This enables leading international scientists to conduct a lecture tour at the Chinese Academy of Sciences for one to two weeks. The fellowship includes a stipend of CNY 50,000 per week to cover all expenses for this lecture tour, including a round-trip international airfare, accommodation, meals, transportation and honorarium.<\/p>\n

The fellowship is worth up to CNY 200,000 per year and covers living expenses, health insurance in China and an economy-class round-trip international travel.<\/p>\n

The fellowship provides a monthly stipend ranging from CNY 20,000 to CNY 40,000 to cover living expenses, health insurance in China, and international travel costs.<\/p>\n

Chinese government scholarship programme Alberta Innovation and Advanced Education This enables Albertans to participate in Chinese language studies, academic study at the undergraduate, graduate level or doctoral level in China. Up to five full and ten partial scholarships are available. Full scholarships cover tuition or research fees, and other associated costs. Partial scholarships\u00a0 cover tuition fees only.<\/p>\n
