Opportunity<\/h3>\n

WDF is looking for sustainable approaches to diabetes care and primary prevention. Projects should focus on diabetes care, primary prevention and\/or advocacy. See the World Diabetes Foundation\u2019s intervention areas<\/strong> for details.<\/p>\n

Projects should require minimum WDF funding for salaries and indirect costs. To enhance the prospects of sustainable outcomes, WDF expects your project to be aligned with the needs of targeted beneficiaries, local systems and priorities.<\/p>\n

Project proposals need to be formulated and owned locally. Projects should provide focused, replicable and sustainable solutions with the potential to prevent diabetes and improve the lives of people with the disease.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Eligibility<\/h3>\n

Applicants should have a successful track record within diabetes care and prevention, or be aligned with locally anchored partners or networks with such a track record. We expect co-funding from applicants, stakeholders and\/or other partners involved. We expect support from or involvement by local health authorities in the country or area in question.<\/p>\n

About $200K USD – $500K USD over 3 years<\/p>\n
