This offering will provide short-term funding to facilitate travel and in-person engagement with European collaborators \u2013 addressing a well-recognized barrier to meaningful participation in one of the globe\u2019s largest research funding frameworks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 13.5pt;\">Applications must be submitted by one faculty member, with the option to include either one additional faculty member or one SME Partner Organization. Applications must not include more than two travelers. There are no restrictions on academic disciplines or industry sectors however, fields must align with Horizon Europe calls for proposals and\/or corresponding European research consortia.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 13.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility <\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 13.5pt;\">Applications must be submitted by one faculty member, with the option to include either one additional faculty member or one SME Partner Organization contact. Applications must not include more than two travelers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 13.5pt;\"><strong>Faculty members at full and associate member universities<\/strong>:\u00a0Only full-time faculty may apply. Adjunct faculty are not eligible. No restrictions on academic discipline, however the applicant\u2019s field must align with ongoing Horizon Europe calls for proposals and\/or corresponding European research consortia.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 13.5pt;\"><strong>Partner Organization<\/strong>: Only for-profit small- and medium-sized enterprises incorporated in Canada may apply. Canadian arms of large multinationals are not eligible. There is no restriction on industry sector, however their field must align with ongoing Horizon Europe calls for proposals and\/or corresponding European research consortia.
