Her leadership roles have included Executive Director of a national arts service organization, Director of Research and Training at Aftermetoo, and Interim Director of Public Policy and Advocacy at Imagine Canada. Dr. Cornell has lectured extensively across post-secondary institutions and teaches part-time in the Arts Management program at the University of Toronto &#8211; Scarborough. \u00a0In addition, Cornell is a Principal Consultant at Purposeful partners, where she supports progressive organizations on workplace policies, communications, and funding.
