Face \u00e0 l&#8217;incertitude financi\u00e8re et \u00e9conomique croissante, le secteur a besoin d&#8217;aide &#8211; maintenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous esp\u00e9rons que ce document sera un outil pr\u00e9cieux pour les d\u00e9cideurs politiques et les bailleurs de fonds qui examinent les d\u00e9fis du secteur et explorent des solutions r\u00e9alisables.
