\u201cNot completing high school really damaged my self esteem, and as the bridging program progressed I felt like I began to regain some pride that I’d lost. I’m doing really well these days, and I want to thank you. I’ve worked really hard to get to where I am and the bridging program, and having a wonderful, supportive teacher has helped me get to where I am.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n

\u201cThe best thing I liked about the course was that it was an actual university setting, an actual course that you were doing… It was a small class, and a good professor \u2026 I envisioned myself partaking in university. To actually complete it was good because it showed it was possible for me to come to university\u2026 How I went about that course with studying and research, methods and writing style can still be applied now that I\u2019m at university.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m involved in my community and I see how much more I give now, than before I did the Bridging Program.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n

\u201cThe Bridging Course helped me gain confidence in my job especially when speaking in public.  It also helped me improve my thinking and writing skills.  The writing skills I developed play a major role when I am taking minutes at meetings.  My time management skills also improved tremendously.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n
