These four criteria are:&nbsp; that\n  the group is subject to political, economic or cultural discrimination; that\n  the group is disadvantaged from past political, economic or cultural\n  discrimination; that the group is an politically, economically or culturally\n  advantaged, and that advantage is being challenged; that the group supports\n  political organizations advocating greater group rights.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The \u201crisk of ethnic rebellion\u201d score is based on seven variables from the\n  Minorities at Risk data set for each minority group identified as being \u201cat\n  risk.\u201d&nbsp;
