The goal is to facilitate access to post-secondary education, in order to target persistently high youth unemployment ($12 million); high youth unemployment ($12 million); through the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) offer scholarships to Palestinian Israeli and (CBIE), offer scholarships to Palestinian, Israeli, and Canadian students to attend PTU.
