Based on an examination of<br>\nstructural data as well as events for each cluster, economic performance, governance and human developed are deemed as high risks; militarization, international linkages and demographic stress<br>\nare moderate contributors to conflict risk; history of armed conflict, environment and population heterogeneity are ranked as low risks.
