He brings nearly two decades of private-sector leadership experience in building, scaling and turning around complex organizations. As a senior operations executive, including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director roles, he has led distributed workforces of more than 500 people across multiple sites, launched new operations in Canada and the United States, and restructured loss-making businesses into a profitable operations.
