With that involvement he also recognized a lack of public understanding of who was the authority on climate change \u2013 that\u2019d be the IPCC \u2013 and what made the IPCC so uniquely authoritative. Hence the graphic novel. The graphic novel is titled <i>Because IPCC<\/i>.\u00a0 Charles\u2019 talk will cover the what, why and how of\u00a0<i>Because IPCC<\/i>\u00a0as well as the main points contained therein.
