Saturday, November 8th, 2025 at Zibi, 28 Booth Street from 10am until 2pm<\/p>\n

Throw it away? No way! Fix it at the Repair Caf\u00e9!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Repair Caf\u00e9s are an international concept that has come to the National Capital Region with the goal of reducing landfill waste, teaching new skills, and building community!<\/p>\n

Our past Repair Caf\u00e9s have been very successful with volunteers fixing dozens of items and sharing their knowledge around everything from darning socks to re-wiring kettles.<\/p>\n

Join us on Saturday, November 8th, 2025 at Zibi, 28 Booth Street from 10am until 2pm. It is a great day to come out and learn more about the circular economy, why it matters, and how it can help you save money and our planet.<\/p>\n

Thanks to funding from the\u00a0EnviroCentre<\/u><\/a>\u00a0we’re able to offer interpretation services for this event. Language to be confirmed. Interpreter hired through\u00a0Immigrant Women Services Ottawa.<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n

Support provided from\u00a0EPRA<\/u><\/a>\u00a0enables us to safely recycle any items that are not able to be repaired at the Repair Caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n

This event is sponsored by the\u00a0Dream Community Foundation<\/u><\/a>\u00a0and hosted by Zibi and is\u00a0free of charge<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
