The School of Information Technology has awarded Ms. Kim a TA Award for the Winter 2020 term. After receiving more than one nomination for her outstanding work as a teaching assistant, including one from a student. The committee remarked that it was obvious from her nomination that she supported the students she TA well and produced efficient lectures.
The award is valued at $200.
While awards cannot be celebrated in person this year, a formal announcement was sent to the CSIT faculty and to Sara’s graduate colleagues to emphasize her contribution to making the School a great environment for teaching and learning.
