A video can be embedded in any page or post. In order to do so, the video must first be uploaded to YouTube. There are two ways to add videos to a page that will display differently on the page:<\/p>\n

  1. Adding a video by URL<\/strong>: this method will display a full sized video on your page. It’s ideal for adding single videos to your page. See an example of videos added by URL<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. List Videos<\/strong>: this option displays videos in a collection and is best for displaying multiple videos on your page. See an example of a video listing<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Like many types of content, adding videos to your homepage is a different process. See the homepage training page<\/a> for instructions.<\/p>\n

    Step-by-Step<\/h2>\n

    Adding a video by URL<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Edit the content to which you want to add the video.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Add Media<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. In the menu on the left side, locate the Insert from URL<\/strong> option.

    4. Click on Insert from URL<\/strong> and copy and paste the YouTube URL of your video into the blank field.
      \n\"Screen<\/li>\n
    5. Click Insert into post<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      List Videos<\/h3>\n

      Add new videos<\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. Add a new Video using the side or top menu<\/a>.<\/li>\n
      2. Name your video using the\u00a0Add Title\u00a0<\/strong>field.<\/li>\n
      3. Enter the YouTube URL for the video in the Video URL<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n
      4. You may add a short description of your video.<\/li>\n
      5. Categorize<\/a> your video using the\u00a0Video Categories\u00a0<\/strong>menu.<\/li>\n
      6. Save, schedule, or publish<\/a> your Video.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Pulling videos onto a page:<\/h4>\n

        1. Add or edit the page on which you would like to list your videos. \"\"<\/li>\n
        2. Click Add Post Element<\/strong> located above the Content Editor.<\/li>\n
        3. Click the\u00a0List Videos<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n
        4. Select the category or categories you wish to display.\n

          1. You can also choose how many videos to display by typing the number of videos to show in the Limit<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          2. Click Insert Element<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          3. Publish or Update the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
