FAQs, or “Frequently Asked Questions” provide answers to common questions that are asked. Check out the CMS Help Centre’s Frequently Asked Questions<\/a> page for an example of how FAQs are used.<\/p>\n

Step-by-Step<\/h2>\n

Creating a new FAQ<\/h3>\n

  1. Add a new FAQ using the side or top menu<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Type your question into the\u00a0Add Title<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n
  3. Type the answer into the\u00a0Response <\/strong>field under FAQ Content.\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. You may also categorize<\/a> your FAQ using the FAQ Categories\u00a0<\/strong>menu.<\/li>\n
  5. Save, schedule, or publish<\/a> your FAQ.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Pulling FAQs onto a page<\/h3>\n

    1. Add or edit the page to which you would like to list FAQs.\"\"<\/li>\n
    2. Click Add Post Element\u00a0<\/strong>located above the Content Editor.<\/li>\n
    3. Click the List FAQs<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n
    4. If you have categorized your FAQs, select which categories you would like to have placed on this particular page. If no categories are selected, all FAQs will be listed.<\/li>\n
    5. Click Insert Element.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Publish or Update the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
