A glossary displays the definitions of key terms. Using the Glossary tool, you can define key terms and then display them on a page. See this sample glossary<\/a> for an example.<\/p>\n

Step-by-Step<\/h2>\n

Creating a new Glossary<\/h3>\n

  1. Add a new Glossary using the side or top menu<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Type your term into the Add Title<\/strong>\u00a0field.<\/li>\n
  3. Type the definition into the Response\u00a0<\/strong>field under\u00a0Glossary Content.\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. You may also categorize<\/a> your Glossary using the Glossary Categories <\/strong>menu.<\/li>\n
  5. Save, schedule, or publish<\/a> your Glossary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Pulling Glossary Terms onto a Page\"\"<\/h3>\n

    1. Add or edit the page on which you would like to list your terms and definitions.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Add Post Element\u00a0<\/strong>located above the Content Editor.<\/li>\n
    3. Click the List Glossary<\/strong>\u00a0icon.<\/li>\n
    4. If you have categorized your Glossaries, select which categories you would like to have placed on this particular page. If no categories are selected, all Glossaries will be listed.<\/li>\n
    5. Click Insert Element.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Publish or Update the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
