The inventory is available in your work term course in <a href=\"http:\/\/brightspace.carleton.ca\">Brightspace<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit your<strong> Work Term Report<\/strong> on or before the 16th of December for the fall term,&nbsp;the 16th of April for the winter term and the 16th of August for the summer term.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is your responsibility to read and follow these requirements in order to receive a grade of SAT on your work term.&nbsp;Students with an <strong>UNSatisfactory <\/strong>grade will not be allowed to continue in the Co-op Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"important-information\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important Information:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"work-term-course-and-fee\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Work Term Course and Fee<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You will automatically be registered in the appropriate work term course. This will trigger the application of a <strong>work term fee<\/strong> to your student account which you are responsible for paying. For more information regarding co-op fees, please click here<strong>: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/co-op\/how-does-co-op-work\/program-cost\/\">https:\/\/carleton.ca\/co-op\/how-does-co-op-work\/program-cost\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you accepted an offer of employment for a <strong>co-op position that is longer than four months<\/strong> (8, 12 or 16 months) you will be registered in the work term course prior to the beginning of each work term indicated in the offer.&nbsp; The total number of work term course registrations may exceed the minimum number of work terms required in your program. You are still responsible, however, for the work term fee and the deliverables of each work term course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"course-registration-while-on-a-work-term\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Course Registration While on a Work Term<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>While on a work term, in addition to the Co-op Work Term Course, you are limited to registration in one half-credit (0.5) academic course (unless otherwise approved). The course must be outside of regular working hours.&nbsp; Course registration will be monitored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"health-plan-coverage\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Health Plan Coverage<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are working in the Fall semester you are <strong>NOT<\/strong> automatically covered under the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cusaonline.ca\/services\/healthplan\/\"><strong>CUSA<\/strong><\/a> Health plan (for undergrads) or the <a href=\"http:\/\/gsacarleton.ca\/healthplan\/\"><strong>GSA<\/strong><\/a> Health Plan (for grad students) at any point during the school year.
