|Degrees:||PhD Cognitive Science (Carleton), MA Individualized Programme (Concordia), BA Linguistics (McGill), BA Computer Science (McGill)|
I graduated from Carleton with a PhD in Cognitive Science in 2010. Prior to that my background was in Linguistics and Computer Science. I have since mostly worked in industry, in the fields of data science, natural language processing, and speech recognition.
My primary area of interest in Cognitive Science is computational phonology, especially memory-based models of phonological competence. In addition I am interested in neural network models of linguistic knowledge, and philosophy of Cognitive Science.
