These colloquia are often available to watch on Zoom. They might be traditional research talks, panel discussions, career development talks, showcases of labs, or\u00a0departmental meetings.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"spring-conference\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spring Conference<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each spring, the department holds an annual Spring Conference. The central aim of the conference is to provide a venue for students in cognitive science \u2013 at the Master\u2019s and PhD level, as well as undergraduate students completing a thesis or project\u2013 to present and receive feedback on their work, and to interact with each other in a friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome submissions that make an original contribution to research topics in any of the sub-disciplines of cognitive science, including: philosophy of mind\/language\/cognitive science, linguistics, cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience, computer science and AI, cognitive anthropology, and education. We especially encourage submissions from members of underrepresented groups.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Please see below for submission instructions and details.
