\nWhen\u00a0 your Thesis Supervisor has located an internal\/external examiner for your defense and the date has been confirmed\u00a0 5 weeks prior<\/strong> to your defense, you will be submitting the\u00a0 Thesis Defense Examination Approval Form\u00a0<\/a>to the Graduate Administrator.
\nOnce it is approved by the\u00a0Graduate Supervisor, the Graduate Administrator will release\u00a0the\u00a0authorization of the upload of your Examination Copy.
\nYou will receive an email stating that you can now upload your\u00a0examination copy through Carleton Central..\u00a0\u00a0The examination\u00a0copy of your thesis has to be\u00a0uploaded\u00a0\u00a03\u00a0weeks<\/strong> in advance of your Thesis Examination Date.
\nYour Supervisor(s)\u00a0 and Director will sign off on your thesis electronically.
\nOnce this has been done, the Examination Copy\u00a0will be available for viewing by your committee members.
\nThe Official Thesis Notice will then be sent to your committee members.
\nIf any of the\u00a0Committee Members (including the Internal\/External ) would like hard copies of your thesis, the Graduate Administrator will notify you to bring her the required # of copies.
\nThe Graduate Administrator then distributes the copies to the members who requested\u00a0them.
\nFollowing the conclusion of your defense,\u00a0the Chair will sign off electronically that the thesis\u00a0defense\u00a0has been completed.
\nOnce any revisions (if required) \u00a0have been completed and the\u00a0Graduate Administrator has been notified, the upload for your final copy will the authorized.
