Hosted by the Women in Cognitive Science Canada + Trainee Board, this workshop offers practical strategies and a supportive space to help you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Reframe Imposter Syndrome &amp; Burnout: Recognize the signs and build habits for well-being.<br>\u2022 Normalize Rejection: Shift how you view setbacks and build resilience.<br>\u2022 Change Your Mindset: Reclaim your space and confidence in post-secondary academia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Join us for a session focused on thriving, not just surviving, in academia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diya, Marie, Sarah, and Leah are graduate students from the University of Ottawa and Carleton, and members of the WiCSC+ Trainee Board.
