On Monday June 24th, 2013, \u00a0Zeynep Ozlem Cankaya successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis entitled The Role of Number Naming Systems and Numeracy Experiences in the Development of Early Numeracy Knowledge.<\/p>\n
The Chair for her defense was Dr. Andre Loiselle. Her External Examiner was Dr. Vandermass-Peeler from Elon University and her Internal External was Dr. Robert Coplan. The members of Ozlem\u2019s Committee were Dr. Jo-Anne LeFevre, Dr. Ida Toivonen and Dr. Deepthi Kamawar.<\/p>\n
