Rebecca Drodge is the Administrator of Carleton’s Centre for Community Engagement (CCE). In this role, she supports the implementation of Carleton’s Strategic Plan for Community Engagement (SP4CE) process and manages the Centre’s activities.

Since graduating from Carleton with a bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Biology in 2019, Rebecca has worked in a variety of offices at Carleton, including the Student Experience Office, Office of the University Secretariat and Office of the Deputy Provost (Academic Operations and Planning). In 2019-20, she worked as the Strategic Integrated Planning Task Force Assistant and Events Coordinator in support of the university’s Strategic Integrated Plan. Rebecca was also the 2021 and 2022 Program Manager for Shad Carleton, which equips youth to take on social and economic challenges with a STEAM lens.

Rebecca is working to complete the Master of Education (Teaching and Learning) program at the University of Ottawa.
