I am a fourth year undergraduate Communication and Media Studies student and research assistant at Carleton University. I am also a member of Mood Disorders Ottawa (MDO) where I am an upcoming &#8216;Tell Your Story&#8217; Workshop Facilitator and recently certified The Writer&#8217;s Collective (TWC) Facilitator.
