One of the CFICE Poverty Reduction<\/a> (PR) Hub partner organizations is the Community-University Institute for Social Research<\/a> (CUISR), which is based out of the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. One report co-authored by members of CUISR outlines a strategic communications plan to engage provincial community leaders in Saskatchewan across the health care industry. This research was conducted in order to assist the Department of Pediatrics at the College of Medicine to achieve its main objective: Improve the health of children in Saskatchewan in a family-based environment. Many of the findings of this report revolve around strengthening partnerships in order to increase community outreach.<\/p>\n
