Management Certificate for Women

The Management Certificate for Women (MCW) is a unique seven-month professional program designed for highly motivated women who wish to enhance their management, leadership skills and elevate their influence.

This program recognizes that women have different learning and management styles than do their male colleagues, and builds on their particular strengths. This learning is tailored for women in management and responds to their learning styles by addressing personal management skills development. Throughout the program, there is a continuous focus on collaboration, team work and clear communication.

Applications for the 2016-2017 Management Certificate for Women (MCW) are now being accepted.
