Ericsson is soliciting projects from researchers across Canada for the purposes of strengthening Canada’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) ecosystem and to enhance its vision of a Networked Society. Our objective is to select research projects that fully meet the requirements identified in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

In order for a proposal to be considered, your institution must review and materially agree to the terms and conditions as set out in the enclosed “University (NSERC) template “agreement document. This template has already been approved by the NSERC funding agency and would enable the awarded researcher to apply for NSERC or MITACS funding programs should she or he so wish.

The Invitation Letter contains information related to how to log on to the Ericsson eSourcing tool, answer the RFP (Request for Proposal), add and download attachments and how to print reports and general information. Please ensure that you read it carefully.

In order to have access in the tool please send an email to Marina Sperlea ( with the following information:

  • Name of the University
  • Contact Name
