This information session will assist Carleton Researchers who are currently applying for the Ministry of Research and Innovation’s Early Researcher Award (ERA) competition, as well as Researchers who may be considering an application in future rounds.
These highly competitive awards are open to all disciplines, and are for faculty no more than 5 years from having started their academic research career and no more than 10 years from conferral of their PhD. More information on ERAs
Candidates put forward for this competition by Carleton are selected through an internal adjudication process by the Carleton University Prizes and Awards Committee (CUPAC) in conjunction with Associate Deans (Research) from each Faculty. Please note, the selection of applicants to go forward for the current ERA competition is complete and NOIs will have been submitted to the Ministry at the time of this info session.
