Location:506 Tory Building

If you are interested in applying for a grant from the Tri-Agency or in simply practicing good research data management, this introductory session is for you. The Tri-Agency (CIHR, NSERC and SSHRC) has composed a Statement of Principles on Digital Data Management.  It states that “high-quality data management is fundamental to research excellence”.  So it is important for researchers to understand what is meant by Research Data Management (RDM).

Facilitator: Jane Fry, Data Services Librarian

Audience: Anyone interested in learning the basics of research data management, either for your own use or to understand one of the grant recommendations of the Tri-Agency.
