The Ottawa COSC 2014 Meeting has four symposia: 1) Oxidative Stress and Aging, 2) Oxidative Stress and Cardiovascular Disease, 3) Oxidative Stress and Neurodegeneration and 4) Oxidative Stress, the Environment and Health and Nutrition. As well, the Meeting will have a Graduate Trainee Symposium\/Competition and Postdoctoral Trainee Symposium organized from the submitted abstracts. There will be poster sessions and travel awards presented at the Meeting Banquet. Commercial exhibits and workshops will be an integral part of our conference. The conference will be held at the newly built River Building overlooking the Rideau River with a large outdoor terrace.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/cosc\/wp-content\/uploads\/River-Building-240x159.jpg\" alt=\"River Building\" width=\"194\" height=\"134\" \/>\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/cosc\/wp-content\/uploads\/River-Building-II-240x134.jpg\" alt=\"River Building II\" width=\"240\" height=\"134\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We look forward to you joining us for a meeting filled with opportunities for discussion and rich scientific exchange. In addition, we hope that you will take the opportunity to experience Canada\u2019s beautiful capital city where one can visit the downtown area and Byward Market, the historic Parliament Hill, the National Arts Centre, twelve national museums, the Experimental Farm and restaurants in Ottawa and Hull (Gatineau).
