Outlined below are the various ways in which you can participate in the COSC 2018 Conference. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Benefits of Conference Sponsorship<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 A pre-conference delegate list (available from May 1, 2018 – June 1, 2018)
\n\u2022 A post-conference delegate list (provided after the meeting, on or before by July 1, 2018)
\n\u2022 Recognition in the Final Program and Meeting Website

Plenary Lecture and Symposium Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

Plenary Lecture Support<\/strong><\/em> ($5,000): This level of support will sponsor a plenary speaker to attend and deliver a presentation in one of the plenary speaker sessions. Your organization\u2019s sponsorship will be clearly highlighted at that session, and logos\/advertisements will be inserted on the keynote lecture slide and sponsors pages in the program book.<\/p>\n

Symposium Support<\/strong><\/em> ($5,000): This level of support will sponsor a COSC Symposium session during the conference. Your organization\u2019s sponsorship will be clearly highlighted at that session, and your logo will be added to the symposium and sponsor\u2019s pages in the program book.<\/p>\n

Speaker Support<\/strong><\/em> ($1,500): This support will offset travel and accommodation expenses for a COSC speaker at the conference. Your organization\u2019s sponsorship will be clearly highlighted at that session, and your logo will be added to the relevant section(s) in the program book. You may identify your speaker of choice, and you may request for the speaker to directly bill to your organization.<\/p>\n

The Plenary Lectures, Symposium and Speaker Supports are exclusive sponsor opportunities, and will include the following benefits: recognition on the COSC conference website, acknowledgement in all printed conference materials including the Final Program; acknowledgement on signage displayed at the conference, verbal acknowledgement and recognition.<\/p>\n

Lunch & Coffee Break Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lunch Support<\/strong><\/em> ($2,500): This support will offset expenses related to a specified Lunch Break during the conference. Your organization\u2019s sponsorship will be advertised during the lunch break.<\/p>\n

Coffee Break Support<\/strong><\/em> ($1,000): This support will offset expenses related to a specified Coffee Break during the conference. Your organization\u2019s sponsorship will be advertised at a coffee break.<\/p>\n

The Lunch and Coffee Break Supports are excellent sponsorship opportunities, which provide the following benefits: recognition on the COSC conference website, acknowledgement in all printed conference materials including the Final Program; acknowledgement on signage displayed at the conference, verbal acknowledgement and recognition. The Canadian Oxidative Stress Consortium (COSC) is looking to expand its awards programs in the coming year. We would like to work with your company to create new awards that match your company\u2019s priorities and COSC\u2019s mission. The awards are an important part of COSC\u2019s mandate to promote research and education in Canada, as well as recognizing the accomplishments of Canadian researchers in the field of oxidative stress.<\/p>\n

You are invited to exhibit at the COSC\u2019s Annual Conference. A limited number of display spaces will be available. Exhibition will be 2.5 days in length, May 30th, 31st, and June 1st 2018. 8\u2019 X 10\u2019 booth (skirted table, 2 chairs, waste basket and 1 electric plug and Wireless Access). Deadline for online reservation is May 1, 2018.<\/p>\n

Technical Workshop ($1,350 Workshop)<\/strong><\/p>\n

A limited number of workshop opportunities will be available to sponsors. The fees include a 45 minute time slot scheduled in the program during one of the poster sessions and a room that can accommodate up to 40 people. Your workshop will be included in the program information on the COSC Conference webpage and the program book. Special offer: choose a booth and a workshop for $2000 (save $350) or get two booths for $1750. When completing the online reservation form, please choose $1,000 second booth \/ Workshop option and in \u201cAdditional Needs\u201d field indicate that it is a workshop-discounted option.<\/p>\n
