Conference Support Levels (all amounts are in Canadian dollars)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Benefits of Conference Sponsorship<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 A pre-conference delegate list (available from 15 April 2020 to 11 May 2020)
\n\u2022 A post-conference delegate list (provided on or before 15 June 2020)

Plenary Lecture and Symposium Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

Plenary Lecture Support<\/strong><\/em> ($5,000 each): This level of sponsorship will support one of the two COSC
\n2020 plenary speakers to travel and deliver a presentation in one of the plenary sessions. Your organization\u2019s sponsorship and logos\/advertisements will be clearly highlighted at the session and will be prominently displayed on the keynote-lecture slide and in sponsors\u2019 pages in the program.<\/p>\n

Symposium Support<\/strong><\/em> ($5,000): This level of sponsorship will support a COSC 2020 symposium during the conference. Your organization\u2019s sponsorship and logo will be clearly highlighted during the symposium, and in the symposium and sponsors\u2019 pages in the program.<\/p>\n

Invited Speaker Support<\/strong><\/em> ($2,000): This level of sponsorship will offset travel, accommodation and registration expenses for a COSC 2020 Canadian invited speaker. Your organization\u2019s sponsorship will be clearly highlighted at that session, and your logo will be added to the relevant section(s) in the program. You may identify your speaker of choice.<\/p>\n

Support for plenary lectures, symposia and invited speakers presents exclusive sponsorship opportunities<\/strong>. These include recognition on the COSC 2020 conference website, acknowledgement in all conference materials including the program; acknowledgement on signage displayed during the conference plus verbal acknowledgements and recognitions.<\/p>\n

Trainee Award Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nTrainee Poster Awards $1,000 (1st prizes @ $500; 2nd prizes @ $300; 3rd prizes @ $200)

The Canadian Oxidative Stress Consortium is looking to expand its Trainee Awards Program for COSC
\n2020. We would gladly work with your company to create new awards that align with your priorities
\nand with our mission to promote research and education in Canada while recognizing the
\naccomplishments of junior Canadian and international researchers in the field of oxidative stress.<\/p>\n

Lunch & Coffee Break Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lunch Support<\/strong><\/em> ($3,000): This will offset expenses related to a specified lunch break during the
\nconference. Your organization\u2019s sponsorship will be advertised during that lunch break.<\/p>\n

Coffee Break Support<\/strong><\/em> ($1,200): This will offset expenses related to specified coffee breaks during
\none day of the conference. Your organization\u2019s sponsorship will be advertised during that coffee
\nbreak.<\/p>\n

Support for lunch or coffee break provides an excellent sponsorship opportunity with the following
\nbenefits: recognition on the COSC 2020 conference website, acknowledgement in all conference
\nmaterials including the program; acknowledgement on signage displayed during COSC 2020 plus verbal
\nacknowledgement and recognition. COSC is happy to accept in-kind support for the lunch and coffee
\nbreaks.<\/p>\n

A limited number of booths are available. Each booth is 8\u2019 X 10\u2019 and includes a skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, 1 electrical outlet and wireless access.<\/p>\n

Special offer<\/strong>: Reserve two booths for $1750 (save $250).<\/p>\n

Technical Workshops<\/strong><\/p>\n

A limited number of workshop opportunities ($1,500 per workshop) will be available to sponsors. The fee includes a 45-minute time slot scheduled in the program during one of the poster sessions and a room that can accommodate up to 120 people. Your workshop will be included in the program information on the COSC 2020 conference website and in the program.<\/p>\n

Special offer<\/strong>: Reserve a technical workshop and a booth for $2,000 (save $500). When completing the Sponsor and Exhibit-Space Registration Form, select the Technical Workshop plus Booth option.<\/p>\n
