He is a graduate of the Universities of Alberta and Oxford (D.Phil. in Philosophy, 1973) and is Past-President of the Canadian Philosophical Association. Conducting activities in the field of values and ethics, Andrew coordinated the development of an Ethical and Social Framework for the Nuclear Waste Management Organization, a framework to which NWMO has committed itself to adhere in all its activities.<\/p>\n
