Building access is restricted to authorized personnel only with exception of buildings and spaces within them that are designated as publicly accessible. The current list of publicly accessible buildings and spaces, offices that are now open and hours of operation are listed below.
Employees are expected to continue to work remotely. Students living off-campus are strongly advised to not come to campus unless essential.
Our student services offices are working remotely, and all of our services are offered virtually. For specific information regarding how to reach different student services offices, hours of operation, and other pertinent information, please visit our Student Service Information website.
Publicly Accessible Buildings – buildings that are open to the general public, including students, staff and faculty.
Restricted Access Buildings –buildings that are not open to the public but have restricted access with permission only for those faculty, staff and students provided authorization through approved building access or research protocols. Please note that some buildings require the use of your Campus Card to enter. If you have the approval to enter these buildings, please ensure that you have your Campus Card with you and that you have set a Campus Card pin in Carleton Central.
Before entering any Carleton University building, you must complete a COVID-19 screening form. This must be completed each day you plan to enter a university building.
Please note that the provincially mandated state of emergency and stay-at-home order may impact the services and operating hours below. Please check with the appropriate service or office prior to visiting the building.
