Before coming to campus, everyone must:

When on campus, please follow all posted signage, maintain physical distancing, wear a mask and wash or sanitize your hands often. cuScreen Ambassadors in red t-shirts will be on campus to help encourage everyone to follow public health guidelines and regulations.

In order to further support the return to campus, we have prepared a video to guide you through the on-campus experience.

Accessing Campus Information for Employees

Until Monday, February 7, 2022employees should only come to campus to perform necessary work that cannot be conducted remotely. Beginning Monday, February 7, 2022, units in Phases 2 and 3 will resume in-person operations on campus similar to Fall 2021. Units in Phase 4 will be contacted regarding the scheduling of their return to campus.

All employees must complete the COVID-19 Screening Self-Assessment in cuScreen each day before coming to campus.

Research that cannot be performed from home can continue to proceed on campus following public health guidelines for indoor capacity limits.

If you have been on campus and are experiencing symptoms potentially linked to COVID-19, you must self-report.

Accessing Campus Information for Students

Students should be aware of the service hours of the department(s) and unit(s) they would like to visit before coming to campus. Please note that most services will be offered online only until Monday, February 7, 2022. 

All employees must complete the COVID-19 Screening Self-Assessment in cuScreen each day before coming to campus.

It is recommended that until February 7, 2022 students living off-campus not come to campus unless it is essential.

Accessing the Tunnels

Access to the tunnels has been restricted to authorized individuals only and those with approval to use the tunnels for accessibility purposes.

Please avoid using the tunnels at all times.

For employees, access requests should be directed by email to your manager, supervisor, Dean or relevant approver. They will submit your tunnel access approval to covidinfo@carleton.ca.

For students, access requests can be submitted directly to covidinfo@carleton.ca.
