Employees

All employees (including faculty, contract instructors, staff and teaching/research assistants) must complete the short COVID-19 Daily Campus Access & Screening Form prior to coming to campus and entering a university building, including a restricted access building. This form must be completed every day you come to campus.

Employees are expected to continue to work remotely if their duties can be performed remotely. If you are required to be on campus, and in addition to completing the COVID-19 screening form, you must follow the existing building access protocols, including those required by your unit, department or Faculty, and complete the required training.

When on campus, employees may need to show the email confirmation of their successful screening (either on their mobile device or a printed copy) to Campus Safety Services or a building attendant.

Students

All students must complete the short COVID-19 Daily Campus Access & Screening Form prior to coming to campus and entering a university building, including publicly accessible buildings. This form must be completed every day you come to campus.

Students living off-campus are strongly advised not to come to campus unless it is essential, or you have made the appropriate arrangements to access limited facilities. If you do come to campus, and you are accessing a building that is not publicly accessible you must follow the existing access protocols and complete the required training.

Students Living In Residence

Students living in residence must continue to complete the COVID-19 self-assessment daily and follow the Department of Housing and Residence Life’s symptom reporting process. The COVID-19 Daily Campus Access & Screening Form must be completed if you are accessing a building that is not your residence building or Residence Commons.

Contractors

Contractors must follow the existing screening practices already established.

Visitors

Visitors accessing a publicly accessible building must complete the COVID-19 Screening Form at the entrance to the building prior to being allowed to enter. Please respect and follow all guidance from the attendant.

Recreation and Athletics

The Department of Recreation and Athletics has implemented a separate screening process. Please follow the screening process as required before entering the athletics facilities.
