{"id":17,"date":"2010-08-04T12:37:39","date_gmt":"2010-08-04T17:37:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/criticalconversation\/?page_id=17"},"modified":"2012-05-04T11:15:53","modified_gmt":"2012-05-04T15:15:53","slug":"hiv-aids","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/criticalconversation\/critical-conversations\/hiv-aids\/","title":{"rendered":"HIV \/ AIDS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Innovations in Public-Private Partnerships Related to HIV\/AIDS<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday November 1, 2007<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Welcome to one of a series of Carleton University\u2019s Critical Conversations hosted by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carleton.ca\/sppa\" target=\"_blank\">School of Public Policy and Administration at Carleton University<\/a> in collaboration with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acdi-cida.gc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">Canadian International Development Agency<\/a> (CIDA), the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phac-aspc.gc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">Public Health Agency of Canada<\/a> (PHAC), and the <a href=\"http:\/\/wellesleyinstitute.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Wellesley Institute<\/a><strong>. <\/strong> This Critical Conversation on HIV\/AIDS will centre on innovative public-private partnerships (PPP) specific to HIV\/AIDS and the increasing role they are playing in the global fight against HIV\/AIDS.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of these provocative conversations is to push the boundaries of thinking around some challenging issues facing the Government of Canada.
