Soo Min will present recent work on how organizational culture affects change and may itself also be changed. Soo Min will discuss evidence as well as new theory that have implications for cultural transfer and culture change, including how likely organizations may create cultures of inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Biography:<\/strong><br>\nSoo Min Toh is Professor of organizational behavior at the University of Toronto Mississauga, cross-appointed to the Rotman School of Management, and Visiting Fellow at the University of Edinburgh Business School. Soo Min\u2019s research primarily seeks to understand how cognitive and behavioural rigidities cause us to miss important opportunities for leadership, cross-cultural adaptation, cooperation, and well-being for individuals, organizations, and nations. Soo Min is also interested in understanding the link between lifestyle and health of the post-secondary students, working adults, and their families. Soo Min\u2019s work has been published in a variety of management and psychology journals, as well as in edited books on international management and careers. She recently co-edited a SIOP Frontiers of Research handbook on Expatriates and Global Mobility.
