The RBC Foundation Women in Management Speaker Series <\/strong>
\nTriple Jeopardy: The Rocky Road to Leadership for an Immigrant Woman of Colour in Canada<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drawing on my research and my own experiences as an immigrant woman of colour, I first reflect on the
\nlessons learned on my journey through the ranks to a senior administration role in the academic environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I then offer advice on successfully circumnavigating the numerous pitfalls on the rocky road to leadership for women in any workplace in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a not-to-be-missed event for students, faculty and members of the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
